Abstract

In October 2012, New York City was befallen by perhaps the worst natural disaster in its history. This meeting will consist of a first-hand account of how, situated at the heart of the crippled financial district, with no working infrastructure for miles around, New York Internet operated throughout the storm and its aftermath.
